With more that 12 years experience in the ERP/CRM and Information Technology industry, he offers leadership and recruitment execution at its highest level to Integral-Staffing's client roaster.

One of the cores to his recruitment success has to do with his acquired understanding of both business processes and methodologies and his ability to apply them to recruitment best practices over his tenure. The results have been great value to the clients he's been engaged with and ultimately hiring the right candidate in a very timely manner.

Outside of his passion for recruiting, Richard is an avid athlete having competed at the provincial and national level in Football and Ultimate Frisbee. In addition, he coaches Football and Basketball with provincial calibre athletes.
